As a leader you are constantly required to empathise with them, engage them, inspire them and lead them to innovate in whatever role they are. How do you do that? The hands-on approach will deep dive you in the use of mindset and methods at the intersection of design thinking /lean/agile, like questioning, experimentation, challenging assumptions, theory of change and business model canvas. The aim is to help managers lead teams to identify needs and gaps, generate innovative ideas, build an innovation pipeline, take the risk out of risk taking, and tell the story for impact.
